5282 Series 5: Episode 16

15th June 2026
David Bowie Part Three
By the mid 70's Bowie is 'heavily self medicating' and suffering attendant delusions, paranoia and burn out. He decides to relocate to Europe, recording in France and Germany. He creates three masterpieces, the Berlin Trilogy. We suppose the Europe Trilogy had less of a ring to it.

And then Bowie officially declared the start of a new decade with Scary Monsters.

We discuss the impact and influence of this time, and Darren tells a classic Bowie anecdote, or two.
