Bong Joon-Ho and Red Light Bandit

In the last episode for 2024 we discuss the films of Bong Joon-Ho and the recent Blu-ray release of Red Light Bandit.

Joon-Ho probably came to western attention with Snowpiercer, his end of the world on a super train movie. Then in 2019 Parasite received four Oscars, in what some people saw as a tough field. But did we? And a quick warning, when discussing Parasite we do give away vital plot elements.

Red Light Bandit is an altogether more radical offering. Cornerstone of the radical underground Cinema Marginal movement, this subversive and fast paced action drama comedy sci-fi recently had a much needed Blu-ray release.

Kevin and Dave are again joined by Phil Todd.
